First of all, I'm not the type to write reviews for anything, but I received such a great service, I had to do it. Vaide is fast, reliable, and honest. I was looking to relume my Tag Heuer that had moisture damage from a repair I had done with another repair company. I looked all over the internet trying to find out what it would cost me. Most places charged $150-$200 because it's a Tag Heuer - I suppose they charge more for more expensive watches?. Vadim however was honest in assessing the cost, and quoted me only $50 to relume the watch. I had sent a picture of my watch to him and he initially thought it needed hand replacements and relume, which he quoted $100. Deciding that this was a fair price, I sent the watch in and after he received it, I get an email telling me that the watch didn't need the new hands but just a relume. He also noticed the watch needed a new battery as the old one was not an OEM and was leaking battery acid. Well, he relumed everything, replaced the battery, and fixed even some scratches I had on the face, all for $50. Never thought I'd experience a guy that honest in watch repair. But not only that, during the repair process, he kept a clear line of communication, kept me posted on the status, even sent status pictures, and I had the watch back in 1 week! I'm in San Jose, CA, he's in Miami, FL, how does he do that? He's remarkable. If you need your watch repaired, you don't need to look anywhere else - no matter where you are in the country, Vadim is the person you need to contact. I highly recommend!!

Drove down here from Hollywood after reading the reviews on this place. Came in and was greeted right away. The place has the look and feel of a real watch and jewelry shop. One of the guys who repairs watches took a look at my watch when I told him I thought the batteries weren't working. There is a big TV screen right up front where you can watch how he repairs your watch. He tested the batteries and let me know they were both working in working order. oops, totally forgot there was no second dial on my watch, only minutes and hours. Regardless the guy was very nice with me, amazingly he didn't treat me like a total retard even though I deserved it. He also did not charge me any fees for battery testing or taking apart and putting my watch and putting it back together. Even though I didn't get much work done here I highly recommend this place! :) The reviews about this shop is spot on!

I live in Sunny Isles Beach. Found this store two weeks ago. They fix my father's old Rolex watch that I cherish a lot. Watchmaker did completed overhaul new crystal new gaskets and new main spring for only 160 dollars. $355 chipper then Aventura jewelry exchange. I recommend this store to everybody who doesn't like to be ripped off. Coming soon with my every day Seiko watch.

This place may not look like it, but it is a hidden treasure for people that need to repair low-high end watches. I have an expensive Omega watch that no one could fix including the jewelry exchange for months. Friends told me about USA watch repair and guess what? I had my watch back and working in less than a week because a part was needed to be ordered. I later learned that a lot of dealers in Aventura/Miami use USA watch repair and just add their cut to the price. Save yourself a hassle and MONEY!!! Your watch is most likely being by USA watch repair anyway. CUT THE MIDDLE MAN! P.S. seem to be only Michaels coming here?
